End Of The Season Burnout???

My season isn't winding down, yet.

To answer the question: I don't get burnt out of doing tree work.

I get burnt out of the office/business side of things.

Ditto, we go hard all year. I always tell my guys, the worst day of tree work is better than a great day at a desk job. After they finish throwing stuff at me, they usually shrug it off and start dragging brush again. I love my job!

As far as burnout goes, yeah my body gets tired. I find myself sleeping more often to combat muscle fatigue. I've started doing a little yoga to help limber me up. I have a routine I do in the morning takes about 10 min and totally helps a stiff body.

I was just showing up to take care of 1 customer today when I noticed that another customer (right nextdoor) was having some work done. Get down there and the smell was TERRIBLE. She's having her septic system replaced? in order to accomodate the addition to the house. Went down and spoke with a few of the guys. I said "Man, I thought I had a crap job taking down that pine tree, but you guys REALLY have a s#^t job." To which he replied "Yeah, but we've all gotta do something to earn a living."

With that in mind, I guess even the worst days for me are better than their good days.

HMMMMMMMMMMMM for me it means doing removals looking a chubbier than usaully am. And it is time for me to get the sleds, snowbaords, and fourwhealler ready fro winter time fun.

Cold weather means that Oak season is in full swing. I do a whole lot more climbing in the cold weather on oak trees than I do in the summer on various other trees. I am super busy right now since my boss is out deer hunting.
