Rolled up to these 2 removals around 2:30 today. They are the 2 smaller one. 14" and 18"

We set the gcrs on the ash that stays. I ran up it and set 2 blocks and took the first tree from the ground.

Next cut on the second tree. I made the notch and back cut then got out of the way, the load line was going to hit my climbing line.

I used a spider leg on that cut worked well.

Lifted the stick to vert then layed it on the ground, I ran up to remove the blocks, the crew put everything away. Everthing stayed and we were out of there.

Nice job TK. I think those spider legs are awesome. They sure can make our job a whole lot easier, safer and more efficient.

That area is a small town with 5 acre lots that can not be divided, really nice and uncommon.

That's right. The top had a lower long limb. I put the spider on to keep it from rotating to horizantal. The spider kept it more vertical and easier to put on the ground.

We were sent to this Gum removal around 1:30 the other day. Talk about a bad way to lean.

Opposite view. This tree was a pain because of the lean over the house, the wires on both sides of the trunk and both sides of the house, and there were primaries in the alley. /forum/images/graemlins/mad.gif

Most of the limb wood I had to dbl spider it. What a hassle.

Klemhiest or 3 coil prusik.
