Nice! The raspberry, watermelon, and oddly chocolate are pretty good too.I read Robb Wolf's book in 2012 and it just clicked. I'm still a recovering libertarian. Been meaning to try LMNT for a while, this thread finally forced my hand. Thank you everyone

I was a little low in potassium for my annual blood work this year. I worked like a dog the day before and skip dinner which probably had something to do with it. But it got me looking into electrolytes and figuring out my reverse osmosis water filter takes out all minerals. I’m gonna go back to a standard carbon filter which is a shame because the reverse osmosis system wasn’t cheap!

I’m not a Dr. so obviously take this for what it is but that sounds like a blood sugar issue. Liquid IV is loaded with sugar.Milk is the best beverage for hydration
I just drink lots of water - on really hot days I'll bring a powerade zero, gatorade zero, or lately propel.
My wife was having some sodium imbalance issues (not associated with dehydration, per se) feeling dizzy, light headed. She had tried a few different things. Friend gave her a Liquid IV. She was down and out within 10 minutes. Not sure what it was about it, but she won't be trying that again! Didn't pass out, but just about did - everything faded to black and started to spin. She laid down and almost instantly fell asleep for half an hour.
They've tested for that. Since that time they have decided her bigger issue was low iron...something's off. The Liquid IV, but it threw things off of balance worse and fast. She thinks it was the sodium....I’m not a Dr. so obviously take this for what it is but that sounds like a blood sugar issue. Liquid IV is loaded with sugar.
Bummer man. I hope the Dr. is able to help her figure it out. Sounds like no fun. They've tested for that. Since that time they have decided her bigger issue was low iron...something's off. The Liquid IV, but it threw things off of balance worse and fast. She thinks it was the sodium....
I have a customer that thought she had heart problems and was traveling out of state for all kinds of testing. Turns out it was low iron. Also have an arborist friend that gave blood all the time to reduce his iron levels because he had high iron levels. They've tested for that. I've been using LMNT lately and am liking it. I have a hockey game tonight and will take some in advance for sure.
The only thing I don't like is the Stevia. There's a bunch of studies regarding fertility and stevia. It's most likely the lesser or all evils but artificial sweeteners of any kind are a deal killer for me. I'll likely use up what I have and not order more. There's other concerns than fertility but thats the biggie. Doesn't effect me but my kid has been drinking it and I ended up cutting that way back. Having said that, its a personal choice and they do seem like a good company so I wouldn't protest it.I've been using LMNT lately and am liking it. As much as we've been talking about it, I feel they should come be a sponsor here at Treebuzz, what do you think?
