Efficiency: economics vs. ergonomics

IMO if you know your market and maintain your profit margin, you'll succeed. I don't care what my competition charges for thier time. I care about my margin and my image to the buyer. It does involve a lot of iron but that is what my market is looking for.
 
I agree. In my market the bucket, chipper and loader are close to useless. I know it, my customer/customers will know it later. Due to the low population and long winter, expansion would only turn me into a travelling circus, as opposed to a local circus. There is money enough to make a living here but tough sell. Stop...Hammertime
