I am planning to get a dual port for a ms660. What rpm is the top end. Thanks Gottschall

Just make sure once you put the DP cover on to fatten it up. Just adjust till 4 stroking and then cleans up in the cut is how I like them. I think 13.5K is max wot rpm.

While you are at it you mise well open that cage up inside the muffler and open that pencil eraser side hole on the side exhaust outlet too.

I use exhaust deflectors and screens from old weed wackers I get at the scrap yard to add a second port. They tuck in neatly on the recoil side. Either that or just open up the existing stock hole considerably and re-tune. I also punch a bunch of holes on the front of the cage inside the muffler.
