Finally got to the sewing machine and made a prototype foot strap for the DLRW system. The connector from the footstrap to the ascender is temporarily knotted till I get the length dialed in, then it will be sewn, too. Pics are up at:

You did an excellent job on the sewing. Nice tack stitches. very neat work all the way around. You're handy with the machine.

One thing, the screwlink being sideways and snug against your foot in pics 3,4 and 5. During a long ascent it could wear on you.

Other than that small detail you did a heck of a job. Great to see it.
