Double gate biner

[ QUOTE ]
We have offered, not being so much into rock climbing, the whole set of quickdraws to our cooworker to test it. He promised to write a story about this brand new design, but he hasn't aswered yet.

He may have taken the elevator to the basement.

I do not know that a little to risky if your thumb moves you un clip the whole deal and well south is where it is going to end up. Seems like a good idea but there better be alot of testing on that puppy. Just see someone clipping in and well the other end hits or hands move other clip and whooosh down it goes.

I remeber the groundhog, hows chappy and 460? The groundhog seems a bit safer than 2 gated biner. If the rope comes off the goundhog well you just put it back on, your rope comes outta the biner you put it back in, but you use that biner up in tree and move wrong well south it goes and you are left up there watchin.

Not to be a master of the obvious or anything, but look at the date of the posting Tom linked to...

Sometimes you have to state the obvious before the rest of us get up to speed. I spent all day yesterday trying to order one for my mother-in-law. I guess I can quit now.

If the design itself weren't enough clue, Roger's post might have been suggestive. I'll bet his post now makes sense if it didn't before :)

There is potential there with a rib down the middle. A throwball on one side and line bag on the other. Hand saw on one side, poles with hook on the other, etc, etc.
