Danish maker...Rais.

Not that great. 12" Max lengths, mostly I cut about 10", the fire box is half hexagonal in the back, half round in front.

A Craigslist find for a couple hundred bucks. No blower.

The upper compartment is for baking bread, pizza, maybe danishes, etc.

Charlie was my MIL dog, but I was by far his favourite. I can't even count the number of times he pissed himself in excitement when I'd come by. Such a gentle giant. He died a few months ago from age related issues (10 years old). Dogs somehow manage to pack so much love into such short lives. Humans should really learn from them.

She’s beautiful, love those Husky eyes!
You might have some work with grooming and fur control, but I’ll bet it’s more than worth it.

Yea, she's like three kids in a trenchcoat worth of ridiculousness, but super sweet. My first legit guard dog; won't let anyone near the truck until I say it's ok.

Very cool! I was raised with bird dogs, Springer Spaniels. We used them to hunt quail and pheasant, some grouse. It was a great part of my childhood. I'll never forget my day training the dogs with a sock full of quail blood and feathers. Damn, that quail was good eatin too, probably tastiest game I've ever had.
Nice. It bums me to no end that wild quail here are almost nonexistent, but my fathers generation saw and hunted them (perhaps too) frequently. But we hunt ruffed grouse, woodcock and pheasant quite a bit. My dream is to have a little spaniel to work along side him.

I grew up with two German shorthairs. Duchess is our family Wonder Dog. Such a hunter and so good with kids. She helped my brother learn how to walk. Fritz was a good dog too but coming after Duchess, well, he was a good dog. My dog Busca was going to be a hunter but I put my guns away. I have a pic of him going into the perfect point on a duck that flew into our yard. Leg up..tail flat out..nose aimed. He held in point too. I never did a moment of hunting training. It was the Springer Spaniel in him. The duck waddled off and he sort of loosened up. He looked down at himself with such a quizzical look then at me as if to say, Am I possessed?! LOL

That's a fine looking bird. we were hunting quail in Northern California in Lake County and Mendocino, thats the nicest land I've seen. Pheasant and grouse here in Colorado. You hunting long Island?
Long Island we’ll hunt for state released pheasant. Otherwise we’re heading north grouse.
