does anyone

Treeman- I'm doing pretty well, enjoying the daily grind. How are you?

Timbr- I have worked with Treeman. He and I have had differences, but since we're both members here, I've mostly stayed out of things on the forum so not to bring those differences or any defamation games into these threads. I really didn't want to get too involved in this thread to begin with, aside from adding my thoughts to Royce's post, but couldn't stand by while assumptions and cheap shots were being made. That type of behavior burns bridges, and if you want to contribute to positive change, bridges are necessary.

When I think of insanity I think of someone who does the exact same thing over and over, and each time expects a different result. I think it's time to change your way of looking for a climber. You have been on here for years trying to hire a climber by simply asking if there is anyone who wants to work for 300 a day. I would change that up. Be much more descriptive of what your offering: Here is an example:

Small tree company located in South Carolina looking for a climbing arborist. We are a small tree company with a steady flow of work throughout the Charleston area. We provide top quality services in tree removals, structural pruning, cable and bracing and plant health care. Our focus in primarily on tree removals and we are looking to add another climber to our crew. Climber will need to be experienced in the art of removing trees with ropes, rigging equipment, lowering device, and spur/ and spurless climbing. We sub out a crane one day a week and climber will need to be proficient with crane assisted removals. We use state of the art equipment. This position currently starts at 300 per day, for an 8 hour work day, 5 days a week. There is room for advancement in this position and pay will increase to 350 a day. I would be excited to talk with you more about your future with our company. Talk soon, TreeMan1640!!!!

If I was looking for a climbing position something like this might make me call you.
