I have dodge 3500 turbo dies.,can't get it to stop running when you cut the key off.they say the 5.9's do it alot.any body had the problem? /forum/images/graemlins/crazy.gif

We have a 2004 2500 5.9. Never had the problem.

Sounds like your fuel shutoff solenoid isn't working. The solenoides always used to be located in the high pressure diesel pump. Don't know about the newere ones but there used to be one wire to the fuel solenoid and one to the cold start advance.

Check to make sure that the connectors on your pump are clean, tight and , well, connected.
