" I need to schedule" simple. If they ask why " staffing issue". If they push past that " I dont care to go into it". None of this is false or lying just short and simple. I dont feel people need more info than that. I feel the real conversation here isnt how you reschedule but why. Viewing it from a customers perspective someone telling me they arent able mentally that day to do a job would send me esle where. Thats not being a dick or asshole. People are already nervous about the work we do.
