Digital/Virtual Timecard

Has anyone had experience with "ConnecTeam" software? We're looking at a better timeclock app and I'd love some feedback/suggestions.
15 people, 4 crews, arboriculture/horticulture, etc.
Thanks all.

I’ve never used that one, we use QuickBooks Time (formerly TSheets) and we are very happy with it overall.

Thanks Reach. Yeah, that's what we're using now...constant issues with crews getting locked out on iPhones and Droids alike, even with updated apps, etc. Hmmm.....

We use Jobber app. It’s pretty intuitive from my perspective (the employee). The boss can even upload jobs with locations, and work to be performed….. I even think each job can have its own time clock also, so when its completed Jobber can send a bill to that customer. We rarely use it for anything other than punch in/out….. it is good for that!

That’s odd. We haven’t had any trouble like that, but we’ve had some other issues lately their tech support fixed for us. If you haven’t, call them - don’t use the chat, actually make a call. And if the first person can’t help you, insist that they escalate you to a level two (or higher) tech to get you sorted out.

My neighbor I bought my house from owns and runs ExpressTime Solutions.
This is one of the top time keeping options available.
If interested, message me and I will share with you his direct contact.

If the crew is accurate about when they clock in and out of jobs, you can have some powerful metrics over time- marking how much you make per labor hour on a singular job- but also removals vs prunes, phc, what have you. Also depending on who bid the job. I thought that was pretty neat.

We use Jobber for time tracking on jobs, but Open Time Clock is what we use for clocking in and out for the day. It is web and app based, and fairly simple to use. Also, my accountant can log in and pull the hours for payroll after I review and approve them.
