davey tree approved saddles

Does anyone know if the buckingham tree rebellion is approved by Davey? I was able to see half the list awhile back when I saw our supervisors order form but it was 2 pages and I only saw the first page.got a picture of that one at least

When I was employed there that harness was not approved. That was about 2 years ago though, things may have changed. If I had to guess I would assume its still not on their approved list of gear.
