Danger trees

I am contractor for our towns own electric company and I was wondering what some other contractors charge. I know that a lot of outfits charge by the hour. Any contributions?

I'm curious, does that mean something like 18' to 24' high lines at $750 per span?

Blinky, they appear to work by unit (pay per tree) of a fixed cost for a specified diameter range. Glad my crews are paid hourly, no busting [bad word] and cutting corners. We do however measure man hours per tree for the bonus program but the company is not screaming at you when it takes more time to do the job right and when the job requires a lot of time for rigging etc.
