Custom leg strap for my small Sugoi hand saw

For the longest time it has been frustrating me when I strap my Sugoi to my leg it would slide of to the side. I don’t really like there leg strap design so I finally got around to customizing my own. No real big changes just small tweaks. I used electrical tape to keep the rubber stoppers in place which was a huge problem in keeping the saw scaboard in place on my leg. The other minor thing I did was added Velcro to the straps so the straps would not come loose while climbing. Those were the big problems I was having when I used to climb with it before I made the adjustments. I’ll let you all know how it works out.
 
I wasted my sugoi saw straps asap. I got some straps that clip on and off. Much better. I will look for the pic.

Ha hA. I know that saw is pretty big but it’s at least smaller than that huge one they make. I’ll see how it works out on my leg. If it’s annoying I’ll just get the smaller silky with the sawpod.
Adpk nice set up. I’ll post some picks of what I put together tomorrow.
 
cool. I'm going to see how i like this thing on my leg and if it does not work out then i will defiantly get the zumbat with saw pod

I use my saw pod with my sugoi every day. Works great!
 
I find the sugoi too long for my leg and the attachments on the sawpod are real close together...you must be taller than me ;)

I just like the zubat better all around, great saw :)
