We are a local full-service tree care company looking to add a full-time experienced foreman to our team. We service the York County area, just south of Charlotte NC. Candidate must have a CDL and at least two years of professional industry experience to apply.
Compensation would be $30+ per hour depending on experience and skill level. This is a $60,000-$70,000 per year position. We offer health insurance assistance, paid holidays, sick pay, and vacation time, along with production and safety bonuses throughout the year. Sign on bonus available.
Job Description:
- Crew leader able to organize a group of crew members and lead them in ornamental, maintenance, and clearance pruning along with general removals. Would need to be able to operate Knuckleboom Crane
- Would need to be able to operate and be familiar with all company equipment (Spider-Lift, Knuckleboom Crane, aerial lifts, chip trucks, chippers, Skid Loaders, and stump grinders)
Requirements:
- CDL Driver's license with a clean record (Must be a Class B with manual transmission and air brakes)
- Pass a drug test
- Minimal 2 years of industry experience
