Daniel had one of the more quoteable quotes. "An underbid is the beginning of a set of circumstances that rarely end well". Something like that. I'd like to incorperate that into my marketing as well.
 
Yeah, it usually leads to the crew having to accomplish the job within the underbid price so the company still makes their usual profit.

That pressure leads to the mistakes that cost far more than the initial loss.
