Cover taper for velocity and vortex?

Does any one have a recommendation for the cover tapers on these lines?
445 445 ? 555555?

It depends on the cover strand count.

16 strand, every 5th
20 strand, 4th, then 5th, repeat sequence (4,5,4,5,4,5)
24 strand, 4th, 4th, 5th, repeat sequence (4,4,5,4,4,5)

I did a 44544 taper on Vortex and it was the easiest splice I have ever done. Vortex seems to be very easy to work with.
