Is it spliceable on both ends or is there milking? It feels like it would milk but I'm being lazy and asking before trying to milk it.

When I make a FS or lanyard I milk the excess but there usually isn't much.

I have found the blue to milk more than the original color. If I am splicing both ends of either I mechanically milk the line.
