Cougar blue

i looked at the couger blue when i was looking at the escalade orange i ended up going with the escalade orange grizzly splice both ends 200ft only down fall was when i got it was like wire beacuse of the stiff outter core but once i used it a few times beautiful rope with the samson ice when u wonna zip no problem an the part i love is pine sap dosnt make ur hitch jam up an the rope dosnt strecth like other ropes ive used when its loaded its the same size above an below my hitch

X2 what Viking says, damn good rope IMHO.....a top wrenching rope....took a while to get used to the semi static properties coming off Tachyon but I like it a lot now....

Same rope although I have heard varying opinions on that. The New Zealanders have said they are the same construction, however the different dyes used in the two ropes can make the static properties of each rope SLIGHTLY different if ya can get your head around that info....quite technical, I doubt we can notice the difference...

I got this and after every climb, was surprised how much I liked it. It seems to have more of a shock absorber feeling than a spring feeling like other ropes, so you just set into it and thats it, it doesn't pull back up which makes it so much nicer for those way on the tip limb walks and catching yourself after a swing to another branch. (I climbed on ivy and lava before this rope)
