I'm wondering what you guys think about this situation.
2 households right next to eachother. 1 is a weekend / summer home, the other belongs to a year rounder who is just shy of being a hermit.
About a month ago the hermit guy comes over to me asking if I had seen anything in regards to some trespassing on his property. I surveyed the damage, it would appear as though somebody brought a mini-X onto some overgrown property that the guy owns and tore up either 1 or 2 areas. Whomever was running the machine had to know what they were doing... because they went pretty far into the property, and actually went down this steep slope to get to one of the areas.
A little more than a week ago, there was some damage at the weekender's house. There was some spilled paint on the slate patio way down behind the house. The owners hadn't had anybody over there to do any work when the damage occured. Also, whomever spilled the paint was kind enough to put the can down on a 3? year old mercedes... it left a nice white mark.
Across the street from the hermit's house they've been doing a bunch of work... a new roof, and a new stone wall behind the house.
What do you guys think?
