If I actually liked coffee, I would probably look into getting something better. I mostly keep it around for guests and the occasion when I am so exhausted I need to be caffeinated to function. And when I do drink it, I add so much coffee and fake cream (dairy allergies are no fun!) it doesn’t taste like coffee anymore.Hey, if you're lucky, that green leaf from that plant on the right will get in there and add some natural flavor to that cup...
Try going in to your local roasters' shops. If I go to the store just down the road, the price is way higher for the same coffee. There's no way I would buy it in the store regularly, but I'd probably still buy different stuff on occasion. The Walmart single origin is not horrible either and they have three varieties of it. It's really cost effective. I don't have the same confidence in it as I do when I talk to my local roaster, but it might be legit.
You may not have tried proper coffee yet, to know whether you like it... I do acknowledge the functional utility you are currently getting from it, which is great. If I actually liked coffee, I would probably look into getting something better. I have been told that before, a Guatemalan friend of mine tells me what he grows out back at home is far better than anything you can buy here, and you can’t get much fresher than picked this morning, roasted on an open fire out back, and ground and brewed all in time for breakfast! You may not have tried proper coffee yet, to know whether you like it... ...with possible health benefits...
So, at 5:41 a.m. you were cafeinated or uncafeinated? I just want to know if posts like these are the baseline, or exceptional...I've found that my coffee consumption has important health benefits for the people around me. I disconnect my doorbell until after I've had at least two cups. Frankly, I'm running out of places to hide the bodies.
so much better for healthI've replaced nicotine with caffeine.
