CMC 72 arbor pro issue?

Thanks I already did but no luck it send me to voicemail.
I made many calls to my service dealer today finally got call back they're coming on Thursday to see if they can fix it on site if they can't I'll have to take it to their shop next week.
Good luck hopefully it is some stupid little thing.

Finally got it diagnosed and fix I think. plastic key switch from basket control was the main issue , basket sensor distance wasn't calibrated right, hydraulic oil leaking on basket hoses hydraulic oil leak on the manual pumps box . Got that fix, but no much they can do about the lift locking up on me all the time, they told me is an issue with the arbor pro 72 sensor on the turret is to sensitive and with any shaking on the machine it will activate the lift security sensor to not move because turret is not aligned this happens even if you are traveling from job site to another job when you're trailer shakes to much on the road it is true because it happens to me.
I have been told CMC knows about
Now they are "working" and see if they can bypass that sensor because is a common issue on the models like mine.

Hydraulic oil leak? From upper not working?

Wonder how long CMC knew about this.

Sorry for your problems, but thanks for your post. I demoed a 72 and been thinking about it.

Hope all works out for you.

Best of luck hopefully they can get all the bugs out
I think that model is only been out in the US for 2 years so it wouldn’t surprise me if it had a bug or two

I was asking around don't know if it it truth but been told that they built and test te lift on the wearhouse without been transported to another place then they found out after shipping them when dealers try to put it in function and got the same problem I'm been having, lift won't move only the tracks operate to move but you won'tbe able to raise the boom . To fix it yo have to reset everything manually and then you can start cutting your tree

The only problems I had with mine were I didn't park it tight enough, a micro switch freezing, and a parts label blocking the hydro intake hose. But after all the was sorted out 130 hours problem free.
The switch should be easy enough to bypass. Just find the proper wire connection and make a jumper. I did that with the foot peddle so no more foot peddle. I'll grab a pic later today.
I hope they get it sorted out for you. Who was the tech they sent out? Vilson?

It was two tech one of them told me they can't do any modifications or upgrades without manufacturers approval and any attempt would maybe void any warranty.
Literally he told me try no to use the home button because it is what makes it happen and wait until cmc come up with the upgrade.

Bonjour
This unit was here this week for an annual inspection. It is 4 years old and meter is just a little shy of 5,000 hours. See pictures included that were taken 900 hours ago.
Easy Lift 70-36AJ exists since over 12 years now. When we went down in Italy, it was a R210 (70-36AJ) almost like this one you see here that got us convinced of the capacity we will have to troubleshoot from distance, in timely manner and don't be in need of sending someone to see resolution of issues.
What that means for you: Experience, long lasting, solid, reliable, Simple Inside.

:ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::LOL::ROFLMAO: Still haven't hear back from All Access, lift is working now though.
I don't know how they will be able to help if some day I get the P9 on the status codes
(P9 undefined machine status)

Edi, your profile says you are located in Lisle. Is that Lisle, Illinois? If so, Wellbuilt Equipment is a CMC dealer in Crete. I do not jump up and down about another company too often, but the service here is exceptional. We have had our 83hd for three years now and Wellbuilt has been an ace in the hand for us. Junior is the name of the gentleman that you will want to talk to if you have another issue.
