Climbing shoes

What are some of you guys using for climbing for footwear?
I have tried 300 Dollar work boots to 50 Dollar Hicking boot and they still wear out. Has anyone found a good all around shoe/ Boot for climbing? ive woundered about some more all around tip rocking climbing shoes.....

I' have ahd shoe people tell me that the reason my boots wear out so fast is that I am over-working 3/4 shank boots, where I should have a full shank boot.

The 3/4 shank boot flexes at the ball causing a shear-plain effect in the sole components and stresses in the stitching of the upper.
