I got mine directly from IronClad. They have been VERY responsive to the size issue and are getting it straightened out, they sent me a prepaid FedEX label to cover return shipping, very classy.
The reinforced seat and knees are great, I will have a climb report soon.

Got my replacement tan IronClad pants today, I have climbed twice wearing the black ones, I think they work well for climbing- tough fabric, good range of of motion (it has a diamond gusset crotch panel), not unreasonably hot, comfortable with a saddle. I thought I would need to cut off the hammer loop, but it hasn't been an issue so I'm leaving it.
Sherrill is an IronClad dealer, they should think about maybe carrying the pants also.

Anyone tried the husqvarna chainsaw pants (blue) they're selling at Sherrill? Quite a bit less expensive than the SIPs, wonder how they are?

The husqvarna pants are bulkier and hotter than the sips.
