Climbing Boots

Whites lineman boots. they are spendy but after having to wear my redwings again while they were rebuilding my whites i don't care what they charge im never going back!

Right now im on Wesco Jobmasters (heavy but awesome boots, got mine on eBay new for $190 with original box and receipt), and I just got a pair of Timberland Endurance Pro's for ground and footlocking - They are nice leather and lightweight, but I dont see me getting more than a year out of them.

I highly recommend Merrills, I wear them for normal footwear. But as has been said, they probably arent the most durable longevity wise for work.

know i am new and only went up about 6-7 times but here is what i used...

started using my regular work boots which are carhartt like these but with 2 less holes... http://media.photobucket.com/image/carhartt%20boots%20old/RogueSolo/Jack%20Harkness/Carhartt.jpg

then i switched to these red wings i have. used them for wearing when not at work but wanted to try them out. felt way better and much lighter. http://www.redwingshoes.com/productdetails.aspx?prodid=2046

really not experienced but def felt a big difference with the red wings.
good luck and post what you end up deciding on!
