We are growing and can't keep up with demand. Why so much demand? Because we are the highest rated company in our area by any objective measure (yelp, angie's list, diamond certified, and a few other smaller local lists) and the phone won't stop ringing. We are booked solid for 2 months out.
Our strategy is to find smart people with good character, pay them well and give them benefits, and generally give them an all around good job with a sense of accomplishment. We teach good technique and work/business practices. Years of experience not as important as good work ethic and character, but the basics (how to tie knots and safely climb trees/rigging) are a bonus.
