Looking to hire a quality climber. Would prefer to hire someone as employee but contractor with some time available would work also. We are easily booked out a couple months right now but can't get enough climbers to keep workload manageable. We are a small company but offer competitive wages, a positive work environment and hopefully fun tree work. My goal is proper tree care at the proper time. I try to bid us where we can spend time doing what is right for the tree. We have safe equipment and lovely weather!
Won't lie, pretty desperate at this point. You can basically tell me what you need and will probably be able to do it! I don't abuse climbers or crew. Looking for long term employee if we can.
Have worked with Levi Rockett a fair amount, also on here, if you want to chat about what we do.
I would prefer an ISA cert climber but know there are good guys or girls out there not certified.
Any interest let's talk. We are in Longmont CO and work primarily in Boulder County.
