Climber and Groundsman wanted part time in Austintown/Youngstown, Ohio

Well guys I'm looking for a climber who is experienced, knows proper rigging knots, be efficient (faster climber than I am, I'm like a sloth climbing trees) and overall, someone who is SAFE- someone who prefers to wear a climbing helmet or hardhat and will always use 2 points of tie in while having a chainsaw in operation while climbing. I expect the climber to have their own climbing gear and having your own climbing saw(s) is a plus.

For groundsman, I expect them to know how to properly use a chainsaw, knows how to use a porta-wrap and know when to let the rope run or not run and know a few basic knots such as a slip knot, sheet bend or square knot and overall someone who is safe and prefers to where a hard hat.

I operate my own part-time tree biz and typically do 2-3 jobs a week. Looking for someone that I can rely on given a 2 or more days notice that there is work to be done. If interested please reply to this ad or call/text
330-774-5450. Pay will be negotiable. Fixed or hourly pay welcomed.

What's a porta wrap?? Good luck with your recruit! What's the name of your company? Sounds like u want someone to make u money and probably make U look good? Love it!

When someone ask me what a portawrap is I move on to the next person. Sunnyside Tree Removal and Maintenance is my biz. I do 35- 50 hours of a week now since work has picked up and thats with 2 guys helping but a few more guys who know their doing is always nice. I don't have time to train anyone at the time being but the one guy who is working with me now, I trained him back in Janruary 2013 and knows alot. He runs ropes for me all the time and is slowly learning how to climb.

yeah, what's the big deal?

If you left click on DonaldRobertson's screen name, it reveals that the last time he ever came to this forum was on April 13th, 2015.

I'm only trying to help you, to let you know that the person to whom you are directing your inquiry may no longer come to this forum or be in a position to see your post. That's all.

Can't hurt to try, right? What's the worst case scenario? I never hear from him? Life will go on. He's the first person I've seen on here so far that's from my area.

I can't say I miss endlessly pushing snow all winter but I loved the area. It's beautiful up there. But work and family brought me back to ytown.
