I don't know who likes this little guy more, me or tomthetreeman.

(box is empty homey.)

Its an 8" wood crusher and pellet machine that takes: 8" up to a 16" slab.

Whatever that means, the crusher part sure sounds tough.

CRushing, CRUSHing, CRUSHING, SUNDAY, SUNDAY, SUNDAY!!!

What is the pricetag?

No idea Sean.

Rumor has it Northern Tool owns a factory in China, they sell a chipper as well, Cheap! The product reviews weren't all that impressive though... imagine that.

Most off the china made materials are rubbish...i've tried out a woodsplitter with an gasoline engine and it lasted for a good 5 hours before the engine exploded ...

The local stihl-dealer has a couple off different machines that are china made and they are all bad quality. The parts are mostly constructed with bad quality steel and engines and other power supplements usually don't last long ;-)

Better spend your money on a well known american or european company that will provide you with the best off the best. You will have to pay more but in the end it will be a lot cheaper.

I can't imagine them being durable enough for professional use, particularly "wood crushing".

I imagine its a "bargain bin" type product where you get what you pay for.

For a consumer near a rental store, I imagine they'd be better off renting a couple times a year.

I did buy a cheap Chinese built trailer when I first started out, and have been surprised at the service that I've gotten out of it. I won't be surprised if it dies any time though, as you generally get what you pay for.
