Chainsaw problem

I have a husqvarna 353 that's causing some issues. It is nearly impossible to pull the pull cord. If I remove the spark plug it will move freely. If it let it "air out" with the spark plug removed I can start it and it will run for a minute then die. At that point it is nearly impossible to try and pull the pull cord. The piston seems to be in good condition The muffler and screen are clear.

Any ideas on the problem?

I thought the 353s were clear of Husky past issues but....double check the carb and so on for possible vapor locking. I know it's an older issue but that doesn't mean it can't happen to any saw.

So I did the usual maintenance and rebuild the carb and now everything seems to be working properly now. I'm guessing it was a vapor lock or hydro lock of some sort. Thanks
