Caritool Tip Tr33Climb3r 60

Cool video Casey. That is a slick idea
Seems like it might be prone to break easier since it's "stiff" and the gate's not allowed to open freely though.(poor wording).
I have unfortunatly broke all my caritools, I really liked them, but have been loving the paddle carabiners since.

Great idea, think I got some stray bands hiding somewhere. Thanks for the tip Casey, I'll let you know how it goes.

Only time I ever broke one (small one) was from pulling the cord on the 066 on a crane pick, cut my hand on the metal wire. Kind of curious on how you broke yours matt.

i bought the small one. i haven't tried the large. does it bend less? i was kind of disappointed when it bent the way it did

Well the large one is holding up really well. Haven't held the biggest saw we have up but held some larger saws. I talk to petzl every conference about making an aluminum one.
 
Cool videos...i watched the anchor bridge one too. Simple and informative...I just can't stand the music you got to go along with it. Reminds me of a public broadcasting asking for donations from "viewers like you" as they used to say.

sorry about that...I don't have much choice on that. It is just sample music that doesnt require who made it when etc. to be posted. Just makes it easier when you can avoid all the copyright stuff.
 
Haven't noticed the large one bend but remember the small one doing so. I bet 80% of the time it's only the 200t hanging on there, seems plenty durable since it's been in use for at least 2 years.

For what it's worth I like the videos Casey, content is what's important imo.

Good tip, Casey. Use a Caritool on each side - one for the 200t - works great. BUT, hooked a branch yesterday - gonna put one of your bands on today - thanks, mang!
