Caritool love/hate relationship

let's not forget what the caritool was designed for, Carrying a half-dozen ice screws on a sheet of ice, not a 10 pound chainsaw through a tree.

there is a metal one out there, I'll see if I can find a pic.

I used to use this all the time for every saw. Now I have a kong paddle biner in the middle of my back to even out the weight of carrying the saw. the clipper now gets used for temporary saw storage or anything else that lands there.
I've used the same one going on two years without a problem.

I use the latter of fhfr436's posting. A little pricey but it works on BFII and TreeFlex.

Two tie-wraps in an X config hold the clip to its webbing. Makes it one of the few items that is permanently (without the use of a snips) mounted to the harness. Everything else comes off for cleaning and reconfigs.
