Says who? Don't need a pesticide applicator lic to be a lic arborist, don't need to answer pesticide questions to pass the test for landscape arb. How in the fuck would anyone know everything about trees, shrubs, and their care? You know it all? Plus, if you want to help the industry than change your attitude for a start.
