Calling all vine experts. Can someone identify what type of vine this is?

I first thought this was part of a tree. Upon closer observation, I noticed that it is growing sideways on the ground level and extending up approx 70 feet and wrapping itself around tree limbs of a tree. Hope these pictures are decent.

This is in a New York park which runs adjacent to my home.

Looks like wisteria to me as well. Nasty stuff, very invasive and hard to kill. only nice a week or two out of the year when it is in flower.
