Bulldog OAR Lanyard Adjuster

I watched the video again, and got excited all over again. I just hope it likes htp.
Yeah, so you watched it twice! See how the video has 117 views already? There is a reason for that. If Gordon checks out the stats on his video he will see most of the views are from the same device. I can't get enough.

Not really... I have watched it a few times though.

And guys, I'm pretty sure I'll be changing my lanyard to whatever that thing wants...:D

Agreed John. I have a Zillion just because of the release, well that and it's silky smooth. I can't wait to try one of these.

Gordon I have a hank of PMI 11 Classic if you want to try it on that also.
Also if you can figure out a doubled sided version for 2 in 1 lanyard use that would be primo. I am unaware of any mechanical that can be used that way.

I don't have any HTP or PMI, if you want to send a hank I could see if it will work and post a review.
Thanks.

I'm hoping htp works, but yeah, I'm not too attached.

If you need testers or i can pre order let me know. I love how compact it is and its specific to one rope eliminates many variables

Thanks, I'll let you know. It is very compact, being only 2-1/4" long from the center of the teardrop, to the top pivot.

WOW! What a great little ( and I mean little)! Device. I'm seriously curious how the final adjustments work out. Then there's the price for investors and/or Users? Love the whole concept and size, nice job!

I don't know how this would really work, but I was thinking along the line of being able to easily swap the tear drop for a Nano or whatnot, and thought that a set screw or something that could be removed to allow that clip to disengage might facilitate an easy (but not too easy) dismantle. You have probably thought through every possibility already, but I thought I would share my thought anyhow. I'm really excited about this adjuster by the way!

Edit: That's is a lot of thoughts for just one thought...I thought. I think I should stop thoughting.

Well John I tried it. The steel link is very hard and tough steel, and after using my bit on the side plate to make an 8-32 tap size hole, it ate up the teeth on my 8-32 tap even with tapping fluid applied.
Nothing tried nothing gained I say.
