Beware of Schmidy's Machinery

Jesse was very fair in handling this and had it towed to a great repair facility in Indy and it was fixed to my satisfaction and I drove it home to Cinci today. I am very happy with the whole transaction and everyone I dealt with from Enrique in service to Jessica in the office. Had called out to Schmidys to see if they had a truck in stock that was on their website , they verified that they do have the truck in stock .I drove out the next day (9hr drive) just to find out that they do not have that truck . same truck is still listed on their website as of now . big bait and switch game out there .

I bought a bucket truck from BTS and they said it passed inspection. When I got my own private inspection it failed.

I contacted BTS about buying a Ford F650 chip truck. Spoke with the owner and he told me that the truck came from the utility industry and it was once a flatbed for hauling equipment. He also told me the truck was from the south inferring that it was rust free. They bought it, installed the chip body and painted it. After we got off the phone, I entered the VIN number and found that it was actually a used chip truck that they had bought at auction from JJ Kane. On the JJ Kane website were pictures of the truck at auction. It was a tired looking chip truck from a large yellow and green tree service in Michigan. I've been meaning to post this review in case it saves someone from buying a truck from BTS.

Called them a few years ago and they answered the phone with a biblical verse I told them sorry wrong number
