Best Hot Sauce

Triscuit (Fire roasted tomato w/ olive oil), slice of good white cheddar cheese (Black Diamond or Cabot), thick bacon square, dolop of Sambal.
Microwave on low heat or 5 - 6 to melt cheese.

Sounds great, but you must shop at one of those uppity grocery stores.....I can't find bacon squares anywhere! JK-that would totally be a million dollar snack idea though........Bacon Squares mmmmmmmmm

My bacon is not uppity !
I buy slabs of bacon at a rural butcher / meat-locker, that smokes it themselves.
Last season, they processed over 2000+ deer.

I just tried some Cholula (made in Mexico) which has been sitting on the shelf since 2001 ! (un-opened)
It's quite good. (This is probably what Tom D. mentioned above ?)
Spicy, good flavor.
I put it on yesterday's homemade pizza; then reheated.

Crust, Sargento brand Mozzarella slices to completely cover the bottom (keeps the crust more crispy), Marinara sauce (spicy, herby), lots of raw red onion strips (from rings), 1/4" match-sticks of leftover Wild Boar roast, Shredded white cheddar cheese.
Bake 350° F for 30 min.

Ciao (chow) - Greg
