Best grinder for residential/commercial work

I have a 7015trx and love the machine but am thinking about purchasing a second bigger grinder. Was thinking about an 8018 but if anyone has experience with any other large grinders I would like to hear some pros/cons

A 5500 and 7,000 lb. stumper on a golf course quality lawn? Ok maybe in Aug. if no sprinkler system. STX 38 is the best back yard stumper in my opinion...and then a big tow behind so you don't have an off and on all the time when you need something big. We're talking residentials here. Say you have 20 or 30 stumps on fields then your stumpers best I suppose.

My 7015 is not to bad on lawns and will definitely out cut a Stx38. The ground in Florida is a lot different then up north. I was looking for a higher hp option then my 7015 for even bigger jobs

Jobs too big for a 7015? Dang, that's land clearing, not stumping, IMHO. I've heard good things about Carltons Hurricane series, but there is a big jump between the 60something hp of the 7015 and the starting model of the hurricane which comes in around 140hp, iirc.

If you're really getting into land clearing, I've been impressed by some of the Fecon mulchers. I've only had a chance to drive a bobcat with one for a long period, though I did get to check out their dedicated 250hp carrier with a 85" wide mulcher head. Also got to take a look at one of their excavator mulchers. What amazed me about those was the reach. They had one attached to a Cat 320 excavator and could pretty much turn a 60-70' wide circle into wood chips.

Speaking of Fecon, if you want to stick with stumpers, they make stump grinders as well. Hydraulic attachments for dedicated carriers and Excavators. One of the things I find kind of neat with the excavator attachments is that you basically have unlimited depth.

Yes we use to have duetz on our old 7015. The Kubota has more power and no issues unlike the duetz when cutting on incline
