Basically New GRCS

I have a GRCS I bought last year, and used once. I’m down sizing before I move overseas for grad school. Located in the San Juan Islands in WA, could meet in Anacortes, Bellingham, Port Townsend or possibly Seattle. Paid $3450 plus tax and shipping. Make me an offer. Again, basically new, used once as a winch to pull a back leaner over, never rigged off. Has the aluminum bollard etc.. would prefer not to ship, but not out of the question.
