THis machine has 2500 hours.
I have owned it since new.
Its been a very reliable machine.
The auto feed has been cutting the machine down to idel when it gets tripped 3 or 4 times consecutively
Small stuff no issue... only the bigger stuff.
WOndering if the auto feed is shot or can be repaired?

Your thoughts are appreciated.

thanks,
Daniel

If you do end up buying a new controller for $300 or so make sure you check in with Kurt at Autofeedplus.com. He designed/invented the original controller as I understand it and builds his heartier to not self destruct.

The autofeed tach shouldn't have any control over the level of engine rpm. What engine does your 1590 have on it? If it is a Cat or a Perkins with the engine management panel on it, it could be the ribbon wire for the throttle control on the back side of that is damaged.

Lol...Need a controls inc. Panel? Got two, one brand new...we upgraded from that pos after the 4th one went bad.
