Away from Trees

Sometimes I like to get away from trees. Clear my head of chainsaws, chippers and climbing. These are just a few photos of my favourite place to go. Its an island off the far west coast of Scotland called Islay.

Sweet pics the west coast is very beautiful, took my wife to Skye soon after we first met, very lovely.....although I think I like the coast between Inverness and Wick best of all reminds me of Brittany.

Skye... on the West Coast... is that closer to L.A. or San Francisco?

I have few places I like to go to get away from it all but it's been a long time since I've been, none are close by.

The Sierras and the Rockies are two places that come to mind.
