We are seeking a General Tree Care Climber. Accountabilities:Work as a member of a general tree care crew providing high-quality tree care. Perform specialized pruning and removals, install cabling and bracing using knowledge of compartmentalization & other concepts related to tree wounding/pruning Safely operate equipment including chainsaws, chippers, hand-tools and/or bucket truck Provide excellent customer service Qualifications:Must have experience with proper pruning practices including large shade trees and ornamentals Able to identify native and introduced trees and shrubs species and have a working knowledge of each species’ characteristics Expert in safety chain saw and equipment operation Able to climb without spurs Valid Driver's license Experience in Bucket Truck Operation CDL Class B license preferred We offer:One of the best equipped and trained teams in the industry, with an emphasis on quality and safety Competitive compensation and opportunity for advancement Equipment ProvidedIRA Savings Plan Health/Dental Benefits Paid Holidays/Vacation/Sick Days Aspen Tree Expert Co. Tree Care Groundman

We are seeking a Tree Care Groundman.
Must have experience using proper climbing equipment and able to work in a team.
This position will participate in all aspects of tree work. Duties will primarily include tree pruning and removals. Demonstrates proficiency in:
Chain saw use and felling techniques with Safety Emphasized
Climbing techniques and equipment
Basic knots and rope operations for rigging
Chipper use and safety
Hazard recognition
Emergency procedures
General work site safety
Pruning principles and techniques
Job briefings
Understanding work orders and plans
Excellent customer Service
Must have great listening skills and excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to lift up to 50Lbs.
Attention to detail, and eye for beautiful tree esthetics, quality workmanship and thoroughness in clean up.
Experience in gas powered tools including but not limited to chainsaws, grinders, blowers, hedgers, wood chipper operations, bucket truck and trailers. Also use of hand tools, such as rakes, shovels, hand saws and tarps.
