Ash Removal

Ok, here is my first attempt at a video. Its a 35-40 year old Ash tree removal that splits in two when it hits the ground.

It was my first day climbing since early Oct and it shows. Can you tell I spend too much time here reading about people getting thrown after popping the top off?

I also noticed I one handed the saw a time or two, don't remember doing it but the tape doesn't lie. I'll have to pay more attention to that from now on.

Cool, nice video....
Just one thing that scared me was the one handed chainsaw use above your head! Not a good idea.

I hate cutting ash. It seems to dry up the bar on the saws.

I liked the ash splitting at the end.

That kind of surprised me how easily it split but it made clean up easier.

The hanger at around .28 kinda scared me a little.
Keep a hand behind that brake if at all possible too.
