I never intended to have folks insinuate that I wanted them to contact me for their reimbursement after years of going silent. I just thought that if folks took the time to send a reply to is thread they also had time to express your discourse with me in a direct message. I would’ve thought that would’ve been everyone’s first choice, but apparently I didn’t think correctly. You’ll be receiving a message from me this weekend. Again, I appreciate everyone’s insight on how I should proceed.
 
Donny, you're a clown dude, stfu and give these people their money... All your talk is just bullshit until you pay these folks back. I stood up for you in the old threads about you ripping these people off because I didn't believe you'd do that.

You didn’t respond publicly or privately to me or anyone else who gave you money in good faith for months Donny-radio silence….. I then filled out the inquiry form requesting “tree work” on your website, and you personally contacted me within 24 hours. When you realized I wasn’t interested in tree services, you then copped a serious fucking attitude with me, and pulled the same credential mumbo jumbo bullshit your doing currently on the forums. Not a good look to say the least. Clearly you still think it’s ok to hold money from hard working men in the industry…. But it’s ok, you worked with so and so, and wrote some articles for TCIA.
 
I appreciate you letting me and everyone know your thoughts about who I am and what I have done in the past. I’m in the process trying to right the wrongs that I have caused and the grief and frustration and disrespect that many of you feel.

Drop the fucking narrative about what you’ve done for the industry. If you’re so proud about those achievements, then you WOULDN'T fuck over the same people that work in this industry-EVER. Real people gave you real money for tools to provide for themselves, employees, and families- YOU never held up your side of that agreement. You wanting to address things in private stinks of bullshit. If you want credibility and forgiveness on this forum, air it publicly, even then-once trust is broken, it’s hard to get back….Deleting your username, going ghost, then reappearing the way you have- new screen name, selling used gear looks sketchy as fuck from my house.
 
it’s 11:15 at night. I don’t need to carry on these conversations. Especially wasting everyone’s time listening to this banter that no what I say or do is not going to be good enough in your eyes. I’m sorry for that. Again I apologize to everyone that I have wronged and they have been contacted and appropriate measures have been taken to rectify the situation.

  • Civil fraud / breach of contract — If buyers paid and goods were never delivered, victims may also have civil claims.
  • Pattern of fraudulent conduct — Repeated behavior against multiple victims can increase seriousness.
