arborist help needed at ; \"Cave In Rock, IL\"
A friend of ours (that works outside the country) has her house in a town called: Cave In Rock. It's in Illinois.
Her daughter said that they had a big ice storm and trees down everywhere.
anyway, they had a big tree go down on the property and it fell across their decks and stairways. They live on the Ohio River, I think. Anyway it's a big mess, insurance job for someone.
I was hoping their might be a good tree-buzz patron that could contact me and I could pass on the information.
ALSO, she said a neighbors tree was damaged and has a severe lean toward her house. She was thinking that she will have to take care of her neighbors tree to keep it from falling on her house. We told her, that if laws are similar to here in Maryland, if the neighbor has a dangerous tree, they have to have it taken care of. And if it is noted by an arborist to be dangerous, but they still won't take care of it, and it falls, the neighbors insurance will have to take care of the bill.
