Arborgold Software

Are there any buzzers out there who use Arborgold software? We got the software late last year and are slowly implementing it, but we have hit snags along the way that we didn't anticipate.

Can anyone out there tell me they had similar experiences, and did it get better?

Our company uses AG.

This is just my third week so I'm just beginning to learn how to track proposals.

Yesterday AG updated all of the laptops and the program on the server. It all worked out it seems but it took a while.

Call me if you'd like to talk more. I might be able to put you in touch with our office manager. She may have answers for you.

We have used AG for four years now...lots it can do for you, I am simply amazed at how well you can track your biz. We had some gliches along the way and the only problem I see is getting a quick response from the folks at AG. zero to 10 I give them a 7.....lets just say they could do better...but then again, I have been told I expect too much from those that serve....great software

Do you run off of a PC platform, or Mac?


I agree with the service part of your response. It's hard to get solid answers right now....but I'm hoping this all will work itself out.

We have been using Arborgold for over three years and it does at times have some problems but we have always been able to work them out. I'm sure once you've run it for a few months you will be happy with it. I remember when we first started using it we were on the phone for hours trying to get it working so hang in there, you will be glad you did.
