Anyone using this on their bridge?

I'd say go for it, since you're using a Unicender. Most of us who use hitches(like say the VT), when we have to unclip our hitch from our saddle in the tree, if we used this biner, we would have to unclip the hitch and pulley, and that creates a big hassle. With a regular biner, all we have to unclip is the biner.

I used that on my bridge when I climbed with hitches. I used the captive eye biner to attach the spliced eye of my rope in DdRT.

My Uni is attached directly to my bridge, no biner. So far I like this setup.

I climb in a TreeFlex so I opened the shackles, slipped the bridge through the Uni and reinstalled. My bridge is adjustable so I can have the Uni at any distance without using a tether.

No connector...just literally the brigde straight through the bottom hole???

I've just tried switching from an adjustable tether for my UNI to adjustable rope bridge on my TM.

Have to ditch the biner & try that.

Yes, if you used a biner. Attaching with a twisted shackle keeps the Uni low. Since there is likely to be some twisting I like the strength that I get using stainless shackles.
