Anyone use air bags or other suspension helper?

Are air bags solid enough that truck won't act weird when dumping?

My leaf springs are shot, and I'd rather have new ones put on or have the old ones re-arched. These air bags install in two hours though, and then I can keep making money.

I just bought two sets of full-time over leaf spring assists form auto zone, and they aren't going to fit. My truck already has one huge, factory leaf that covers the top of the leaf pack already. I'm better of not messing with that.

This is what the assists look like. I found mine at autozone for $60 a pair. Obviously Farm & Fleet is cheaper; where ever they are located.

I'll just go with the air bags tomorrow; $300 Firestone Ride Rites, $150 installation. I may see if they'll re-arch the old springs for a deal.
