Technora is a "self abrading" fiber. An extremely poor choice for harness 'bridge' applications. Don't use it for any life support components...
Dyneema, on the other hand, is an extremely good choice for that application. Just keep in mind, it has a 297* melting point. A polyester cover is <u>highly</u> recommended.
I have the factor cover on the bridge. I'll need to figure out how to take it apart to inspect it (Buckingham has online instructions).
I see that the Glide II had optional rings. What good would this do compared to carabiners, which I currently use to connect with. Seems like an additional link that would only extend the system further from my body, from which I don't see any benefit.
